Born on Maui, Penny graduated from Baldwin High School before attending Cannon’s Business College on Oahu. She then moved back to Maui and worked for the judiciary for over 30 years, retiring as Family Court Supervising Clerk. She is a highly skilled paralegal specializing in conservatorships, guardianships, and probates. Penny is adept at legal research, document preparation, and is able to navigate clients through their court processes with confidence. Penny is trustworthy, organized, and efficient. She now resides in Wailuku with her husband, and they enjoy traveling internationally and visiting their son on the mainland. They also love taking care of their fur-baby Chibi. Additionally, Penny is an avid cook and baker; she regularly spoils her coworkers with her delicious treats.
